The finished product. I made a tree with an owl in it, can't you tell? I tried to carve Dorothy's as close to her drawing as possible. That's legit, folks.

Trick-or-treating! The week of Halloween, Dallin decided to get insanely busy at school, and our kids decided to get sick. The nerve, all of you. : ) Dallin had to stay late on campus, so this is the only picture of trick or treating that I got, my hands were too full for cameras. That's Ruby not so happy with all of this.

They bring in a huge event tent and heat it, and a blue grass band plays. And there is a petting zoo. And a horse pulled hayride. And pizza. Our apartments rock. Halloween is going to be anticlimactic once we move away. This is what the hot dog stand fund raiser is for.
