Camping 2010

So far, we've been able to go camping twice this summer. We're hoping for more, it's good family fun. Here's how it goes.

A time honored tradition, the marshmallow. If it wasn't so traditional, I'd think it was totally weird. Really? Put this white, fluffy thing that is supposedly edible on a stick and roast it?


We had a long and detailed discussion about the merits of s'mores versus the rampant consumption of plain marshmallows. At first, Dorothy flatly turned down the idea of doing anything with this precious piece of sugar besides stuffing it in her mouth. Dallin finally convinced her that s'mores are indeed delicious and beneficial to your overall well-being. She finally got it.
